Teaching Team
The teaching team at EFI AL JABR – Nursery is fully compliant with the requirements of the
KHDA and the UAE Ministry of Education (MoE), thereby guaranteeing an establishment
equipped with suitable human resources and respectful of all regulatory obligations. The
coordinators and educational supervisors at EFI AL JABR – Nursery possess solid
experience within the UAE educational system, enabling them to ensure quality oversight and
a high level of accountability for the school’s overall performance.

As part of its continuous improvement approach for educational practices, EFI AL JABR – Nursery implements a training plan for its teams, whose main objectives are:
- Good practices to maintain with children.
- Pedagogical excellence: reinforcing the educational and professional skills of teachers.
- Innovative teaching practices: promoting innovative teaching methods and fostering the sharing of best practices.
- Alignment with the region’s educational priorities: ensuring that training programs align with the priorities defined by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the French Ministry of National Education, as well as the standards expected by the KHDA and the UAE Ministry of Education.
The entire teaching team at EFI AL JABR – Nursery (teachers and supervisors) benefits from specific training, notably in Positive Discipline, to guarantee a serene and caring school environment, as well as the PHARE program – a national mechanism for preventing school bullying – to ensure the psychological safety and well-being of every student.
